I was commissioned to create a cover illustration depicting the impact of modern technology on the very traditional field of writing plays.
Victorian costumes; a nod to woodcut illustration styles; a reference to the retro-futurism of a classic movie robot; and the colorful chat balloon graphics of modern conversations all come together to meld the classic with contemporary.
