Logo & Business Card design
Brand identity, logo and business card design for a company specializing in gifts. Angelica Berrie's new business venture was a take on both her last name as well as the fact that she was previous CEO of Russ Berrie, a toys and gifts company known for its teddy bears. The client's only design stipulation was that we used a very specific off-white for the card stock.
I designed the logo to look very cute in a Japanese character sort of way, keeping the line work to a minimum. I reduced the line work even further by making use of precise blind embossing to get the rounded softness of the logo mark across in the final business cards. Shortly after this logo was designed I went on to become Creative Director of Teddy Bear Holding.
The card design was a featured winner in Print Magazine's Regional Design Annual 2010.
